Personal stories of successful women

The personal stories session, titled Stories of Resilience, aims to provide deeper insights into lived experiences of the successful women leaders in order to motivate the audience to walk the leadership path.

The session will be about one incident/moment in life that has motivated the journeys of women in a leadership position, regarding what shaped their career and how they achieved success. Each story can include their aspirations, achievement and resilience; an experience of their life or turning point that changed them, which might include their battle against the odds and how they overcame it.
